Seven Months to Success: Lyv at Uptown & Main Builds on Vision for Connected Community

The apartment homes at Lyv at Uptown & Main, Enclave’s newest mixed-use community in south Fargo, are 95% leased - just seven months following project completion. The new building reflects the company’s vision for a connected and walkable live, shop and dine experience along Veterans Boulevard.

Lifestyle-Driven Lyving

The 110-unit, pet-friendly community is marked by stylish amenities that create a resort-like lifestyle:

  • Clubroom with kitchen and pool table

  • Rooftop patio and grill

  • Fitness studio

  • The Fargo area’s first lawn bowling court

  • Complimentary coffee bar

  • Heated underground parking

“The demand for thoughtfully designed rental housing offering more than a place to call home is seen across all of Enclave’s active markets,” said Donna Smith, President of Property Management. “As a developer, builder and property manager, our team at Enclave works in unison to deliver a product that inspires residents, tenants and visitors to live their best life.”

With Space For Even More

The first floor of Lyv is anchored by two retail bays offering an abundance of storefront windows and expansive 21’ ceilings. With a great on-site consumer base, the retail suites at Lyv can be customized to fit both small and mid-size retailers. The space is currently listed for lease by Goldmark Commercial

Crafting a Connected Community

The Uptown & Main development was realized with the construction of the first mixed-use building, Uptown & Main, in 2018. The 62-unit building, with space for eight first-floor retail tenants introduced first-to-market amenities, including a rooftop clubroom with connected terrace and Peloton fitness bike. The community’s shared spaces and Scandinavian inspired design continue to make it a sought after place to call home.

“Mixing commercial, retail and residential spaces to create a lifestyle-driven center attracts residents, promotes tenant success and adds vibrancy to the greater community,” said Co-Founder of Enclave, Austin Morris. “We care deeply about the experience and lasting impacts of a project, and keep the long-term success of our partners, clients and communities at the forefront of every collaboration for a source of inspiration.”

With the first Uptown & Main mixed-use building underway, Enclave expanded the development with standalone retailers like Caribou Coffee, Plaza Azteca, Gunderson’s Jewelers and McAlister’s Deli.

And while the development has grown significantly in just five years, more retailers and businesses will be setting up shop at Uptown & Main with the addition of The Lane, a 17,417 retail center fronting Veterans in front of Uptown & Main.

Today, Uptown & Main is home to nine retailers, with space for up to eight more, and nearly 300 on-site residents, providing a strong base of consumer traffic.
