DIRECTOR OF FUND ACCOUNTING

David Froze directs the accounting, finance, and tax aspects of Enclave’s investment funds. Froze’s advisement is integral to financial modeling, fund structure, valuation, and tax implications. His leadership provides relationship management with audit and tax consultants as well as third party administration.

RESULTS

Froze maintains best practices in Enclave’s valuation policy and serves as a resource with Enclave’s Investor Relations Team during due diligence. Froze’s focus delivers financial accuracy, tax efficiency, and financial risk mitigation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Years of Experience: 15+

With roots in public accounting, Froze’s recent experience includes fund accounting for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund manager. Additionally, Froze possesses robust knowledge of real estate investment involving entity structuring, tax strategy, performance and analysis.

Education

Froze earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University and has earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
