Fargo, ND– Enclave Companies has been selected as a finalist for the 2019 Better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics. The Better Business Bureau announced this year’s finalists October 3, revealing Enclave Companies was chosen amongst 600 submissions from businesses across North Dakota and Minnesota.
The award honors businesses displaying integrity and exceptional ethical behavior. A submission was sent to the Better Business Bureau after Enclave Companies was nominated for the award. Enclave Companies is comprised of Enclave Development, Enclave Construction and Lux Communities.
The submission highlighted areas such as Human Resources practices, company culture and values, and how ethical behavior is portrayed to employees, partners, clients and the public.
Ben Meland, co-founder of Enclave Companies comments, “When we make important decisions, we ask ourselves ‘What kind of legacy do we want to leave?’ It won’t be about the amount of projects we complete, it will be about the relationships we build and the impact we have on the people around us.”
A ceremony will take place November 20 from 2:30-5:00 PM to announce the winner of the 2019 Torch Awards for Ethics. Enclave Companies is classified as a Category 3 business with 102 employees.
