Jessica Welk oversees a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, construction, leasing, management and operations. Her leadership and expertise provide strategic legal guidance that supports Enclave’s growth and success. Welk serves as a constant model of leadership and is deeply valued within the Enclave organization.

Welk’s colleagues and partners rely heavily on both her counsel and ability to navigate legal compliance throughout the development and capitalization structure. She provides strong strategic partnership and risk mitigation with Enclave’s various business unit leaders.

With over 16 years of experience, Welk has served as General Counsel and Senior Assistant General Counsel with two large development firms headquartered in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Welk received her Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
