Josh Wilcox oversees multiple facets of Enclave’s growth, including capital markets, investments, acquisitions, and development for the company's 360° model of development, construction and management. He oversees every aspect of the development process for all asset classes, including new market strategy, analysis, site selection, underwriting, entitlements and approvals, design and architecture, and capitalization strategy.

Wilcox supports the industrial built-to-suit platform and collaborates with Enclave’s team and partners on lease negotiations, corporate users, and tenant representative relationships. He also determines capital formation strategy and both investment thesis and deal-specific underwriting for new partnerships and developments in this program.

RESULTS

Wilcox’s leadership and acumen in the multi-family, mixed-use and industrial asset classes drive success for Enclave’s investors, lenders, clients and community stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

Years in Industry: 20+

Wilcox holds experience in real estate investment and capital markets nationally and internationally. He’s worked with an array of asset classes in public and private markets, and in a variety of scopes, including sponsor/GP, developer, allocator and credit/lending.

Education

Wilcox holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Administration from Augustana University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nebraska. Wilcox also served in the visiting student program at American University in London, with a focus on International Finance.

Wilcox is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
