FARGO, ND– A new restaurant will be spicing up the city of Fargo come October. Plaza Azteca, an East Coast chain restaurant has made its way to the Midwest.
Two men out of Jalisco, Mexico started the restaurant in the 1990’s. The first location was established in Virginia Beach, VA and today, more than 40 locations are operating in various states on the East Coast. The Tex-Mex flair gives customers an opportunity to experience a taste of Mexico by providing authentic ingredients and recipes.
Plaza Azteca will be part of the new development, Uptown & Main located on Veterans Blvd in South Fargo. Enclave Construction broke ground at Uptown & Main May 15 and will complete the project in October.
Adjacent to Plaza Azteca are Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels as well as Gunderson’s Jewelers. Enclave plans to continue to add to this retail, living and dining development.
