Construction continues on a new professional office park, SOCO, at 45th Ave South and South Columbia Road in Grand Forks. As part of the expanding development, Enclave announced plans for the addition of a mixed-use lifestyle center with retail space for lease.
Two of three planned office buildings are currently under construction with completion estimated in Fall of 2020. Each building provides build-to-suit office space ranging from 1,500 to 40,000 square feet. Houston Engineering and Bell Insurance will occupy a portion of the first two buildings with additional space for lease.

The SOCO development also includes plans for the area’s first lifestyle-driven center complete with apartment homes above first-level retail space creating a shop, live and dine atmosphere that complements the neighboring community. The mixed-use building will feature artfully designed finishes and shared common areas in a convenient location with access to nearby walking and bike paths.
