Project Description

The Prelude is the apartment community for people who expect more. With maple wood-inspired floors, espresso cabinets, beautiful kitchens, private balconies, laundry hook ups in each unit, and walk-in pantries, this is not your typical apartment community. We took what we have learned from the high-end custom home market and applied this knowledge to The Prelude and our multifamily designs and developments.
