Case Plaza 1st Floor Remodel

The remodel included a complete demolition to the first floor space in the Case Plaza Building. Full HVAC upgrade, window replacement and creation of a loft space showcases exposed brick and timber framing. Glass modular wall systems allow for privacy while creating an open concept feel.
