Enclave Announces New Project in Oakdale - Renn & Royce

Enclave recently closed on a $110 million deal for a new multifamily and townhome development, Renn & Royce. The company’s latest project, located at 7701 3rd St. N. in Oakdale, MN, will be transformed into 112 townhomes and 262 multifamily units. Designed in collaboration with Kaas Wilson Architects, the team will break ground in August 2025 and is expected to be fully finished by Q1 2027.

Enclave will develop, construct and manage Renn & Royce, adding to the company’s growing portfolio of projects in the Twin Cities. Since 2019, Enclave has completed 15+ projects across the metro, was recently named Minnesota REjournal Developer of the Year, and secured the #4 spot on the The Business Journals list of largest real estate developers in the Twin Cities.

The location of Renn & Royce, northeast of the I-494 and I-694 interchange, offers visibility from Interstate 94 and is on the Metro’s new Gold Line that opened in 2025. The high-profile site is near vast new industrial developments and retail along I-94 in Woodbury, as well as 3M’s world headquarters in Maplewood.
