Enclave Names Joe Schneider Director of Development, Promotes Jeremy Cossitt to Director of Construction

Enclave is pleased to announce Joe Schneider has been named Director of Development, with Jeremy Cossitt being promoted to Director of Construction.

Schneider joined Enclave in 2012 as a project manager and was promoted to Director of Construction in 2019. His 17 years of experience in construction, operations and project management brings a unique and valuable perspective to his new position. As Director of Development, Schneider will oversee development operations and strategic planning, identifying new opportunities and efficiencies to enhance Enclave’s unified real estate investment platform.

“This transition activates new capabilities for our team, while showcasing a steadfast commitment to the advancement of Enclave team members,” shared Josh Wilcox, President of Development and Investments. “We’re thrilled to apply Joe’s talents and years of experience in a new way in support of the development team.

Cossitt joined Enclave in 2020 as Project Manager with 17+ years of construction experience. During his time at Enclave, he’s effectively managed teams and complex projects, including the recently completed Center for Special Surgery in West Fargo. In his new role, Cossitt will expand his responsibilities, overseeing the progress of all construction work to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
