She often receives requests that may be outside her traditional responsibilities, ensuring all team members have what they need.

Tim, a highly talented superintendent, is well respected by both subcontractors and coworkers. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the success of his projects, showcasing what it means to Be Empowered. Tim is always looking for innovative ways to improve schedules and efficiencies. He is constantly reviewing all elements to make sure he can keep the projects on schedule. This, along with his attention to detail, makes sure the projects are not only built correctly but within budget. Tim is a pleasure to work with and an amazing mentor to his crew.
