Expanding the Team Behind Our Performance
At Enclave, growth is intentional. It’s not just about expanding our portfolio; it’s about strengthening the foundation that supports it.
As we continue to scale, we’re investing in the leadership, systems, and expertise needed to deliver consistent results for our investors, partners, and residents. We’re excited to welcome Eli Neusner as Director of Capital Formation, Jared McKie as Director of Asset Management, and to announce the promotion of Matt Melander to Director of Property Management.
A More Integrated Approach to Performance
Each of these roles plays a critical part in how we create and protect value across the lifecycle of an investment.
Asset Management ensures our properties are positioned to perform over the long term. Jared will lead strategy across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to enhance value, manage risk, and optimize outcomes through data-driven decision making and strong partnership alignment.
Capital Formation fuels our ability to grow. Eli will expand our investor network and deepen relationships across institutional and private capital channels, helping connect the right investors with the right opportunities.
Property Management is where strategy meets execution. Matt will continue to elevate operational performance and resident experience across our communities, ensuring consistency, accountability, and strong financial results.
Together, these functions create a more connected and scalable platform.
